• 1 Obtain Recruitment permission from the Government agencies.
• 2 Advertise in daily newspapers and call for applications.
• 3 Conduct final interview by employer’s representatives.
• 4 Handle Medical fitness test, Police Clearance & Visas.
• 5 Proper briefing about host country culture and job conditions.
